We decided to head back to the Science Center.....only to find out the power was out for the entire area of Balboa Park (where the Science Center was). Seriously?! We just weren't meant to go to the Science Center. :)

we then headed down to Seaport Village ~about 15 minutes away, to have a picnic lunch.
while eating lunch we saw the Navy tugging in a ship.
