Since Elizabeth's surgery was postponed until Spring/Summer, we decided to sign the girls up for winter sports. Elizabeth chose to continue with gymnastics.
Becca asked if she could try soccer again.
She played about 2 years ago.
We didn't think we knew anyone playing soccer this season so just did a quick late registration.

We were so excited to hear not only did Becca get assigned to an awesome team with really neat coaches, one of our family friends' daughter was on the same team!
She's not the best player out there just yet...but she ALWAYS has a smile on and is always cheering on her team-mates.
Last week her coaches put her in at "defender" and it is clearly HER position.
All of us on the sidelines were laughing 'cuz Becca was just a wall!
She wasn't intimidated by the other players coming right at her -she did everything she could to get in there and clear the ball....even if it meant sacrificing her body a few times!
The winter season is only 6 weeks so we bit the bullet and signed her up for the Spring season too ~same team, same coaches. It'll be fun to see her improve even more!
