This morning they went with Abebe (in country coordinator I think) to his Christian church. They said it was awesome. Then they spent some time at Kolfe boys government orphanage. They were surprised at the conditions these boys live in with so little. The boys took them on a tour and they were able to spend some time with them. Oh, they also love their guest house and sound so much more rested today. They should be in good shape to meet Eyob & Biruk tomorrow morning at 8:30! So wonderful to follow along! (And acquaintances from church are heading to Ethiopia to adopt a two-year-old in just two days. They got only 13 days notice, so this was a shock! I'm hoping y'all might connect.)
I'm so glad that I checked the blog again tonight!! I cannot believe they are in ET and meeting their boys in the morning!! Praise God for His perfect plans & His perfect timing!! Can't wait to hear the next update!

A little while ago, you were so kind to email me and introduce yourself as another YWAM family adopting 2 older boys. I felt loved. I am just now getting around to responding to that email and looks like it is just the perfect timing. . . you are in Ethiopia now and today meeting your boys!!! These posts brought tears to my eyes and I am thrilled for you!! I can't wait to hear all about it. I am familiar with Kolfe thru a local lady here in Wake Forest, NC. Oh, I am sooo excited for you. Can't wait to see pics of the 7 of you!!!

Oh Jeanette! With all our stuff going on, the weeks flew by and I just finally checked your blog - you are there! I am in tears right now and praying it all goes smoothly. Oh, I am so happy and praising God that 2 more precious children will have a forever family! Blessings my friends!!!!
