would y'all pray for our family right now? especially my dad and aunt? my grandmother is in her last days-the crisis hospice team is with her 24/7 now. her body is shutting down and at this point they're trying to just keep her as comfortable as possible.
I was crying last night at dinner and we explained to the kids that grandmother was dying...and Andrew started tearing up. "does that mean I'll never see her again? I want to see her again mommy!" oh my sweet son..me too.
I wish she could stay with us forever too.

Oh Jeanette! We're praying for you all! This is such a difficult thing to explain to little ones. Andrew is such a sweetheart.

I'm so sorry to hear about grandmother. We'll definitely be thinking about your family during this time. I know what it is like to lose a grandparent at Christmas time.
Jeanette, we're praying for your dad, aunt, and all of you. I met your Grandma a couple of times, and she was always so sweet to me. I remember her house. Are your parents in SD right now?
