yesterday Andrew finished his Kindergarten Math book and today he started 1st grade Math. :)We are using Math*U*See and it has been awesome for him.
About 2 weeks ago I told him he was almost done with K math and he was so excited he did extra pages each day so he could finish quicker. :) He finished a week before I thought he would!! We're SOOO proud of him!
We started his math this time last year so it did take him a full year to complete the book and it feels a bit "odd" to have him start another grade in the middle of the school year....but he was ready to start math when he did and he really enjoys it (and he's really good at it) so I'll just deal with feeling odd. :)

Wow Andrew! What a smart boy you are! My boy Alex is in first grade and he loves doing math! You will REALLY like 1st grade math and I know you wil do an AWESOME job! I think you have a pretty cool teacher, don't you? :)
